Canvas Homesteads is how we put a well-built home back within the workforce’s reach: 399 square foot rental homes in Live Well Communities of 200 to 400, with utilities and full-time management folded into one monthly payment. Each one meets the same construction code that governs site-built houses.

The teachers and truck drivers, nurses and carpenters we serve already live and work in these markets. What’s been missing is a home they can hold onto.

Every home is rated to withstand 140-mph winds, with construction compliant to ANSI and IBC standards.

A Live Well Community is the neighborhood where Canvas Homesteads come in, named for the life they’re built to hold. The people next door are the same teachers, drivers, and nurses, working the same shifts and carrying the same loads. Two hundred to four hundred homes, gated and kept by a team on-site full time, built to feel like one place.
